The front desk staff are good except the lady. The British pub is quite stupid with very poor customer service. The gentleman at the residence pool bar was great, his name is Sleem. The food at the restaurant is pure poison. I had to take taxi to the pharmacy. I have seen a nurse at the resort going to the rooms and I assume it was also a food poisoning issue. I reported the resort to the Tunisian ministry of Tourism but I advise Expedia to take their own action. Thank you

Upon check in we witnessed the most disturbing exchange between a unbelievably rude manager with a tour representative. She was trying to calmly resolve a room issue for her client. It was ugly and anxiety quickly ensued that we picked the wrong resort. The lady who handled our check in was cold and less than helpful. She didn’t offer any information about the resort and when asked she was not happy to answer. She clearly did not like her job and reflected a horrible attitude on us as guests. As part time residents of Tunisia we like to discover the country and witness this all too often at hotels. Why the management at hotels don’t address horrible first impressions at check is an absolute embarrassment. To no surprise we were given a room that was not stayed in for some time. It was very dirty and stale. Clearly they use the support staff to fix their mistakes, which it typical the attitude they portrayed. The ac was not working well and needed dire maintenance. The room was spacious and oddly appointed. Bed and linens were clean, but sparse. The buffet food was just okay, but the staff worked hard to rotate and keep dishes full and fresh. The animation team at hotel was exceptional, they worked long hot days in the heat and kept smiling. Very impressive, and great attitudes. We were so happy to have our initial impression of the resort changed, and enjoyed most of our time there.

Not recommended for these who are looking for a reliable customer service, air conditioner wasn’t working and they told us at the reception that air conditioners will be on fonction as of June 15 but not before that, temperature was above 35C, it was extremely hot I Couldn’t sleep during my stay, no Shampooing neither Soap were provided even for a 3 stars hotel I think there is a minimum that the hotel should provide. Food wasn’t at its best I can rate it 4/10 not much of variety. Before I book this hotel , it was saying in the hotel description that they will provide a big bed and an air conditioning room, and unfortunately I didn’t get what they described I feel so sorry to write a negative comment as I’m not a difficult customer but we should get for what we pay as it is written in the hotel’s details. I don’t recommended at all for no one, maybe the rate of this hotel not expensive I would rather pay a bit more but Not this Hotel. Been there from June 10th - June 12th
