The Hilton has myriad of requirements for using the pool and hot springs. It's not possible just to walk into the pool area and start using it. We couldn't even see the pool because we were not appropriately attired, meaning we weren't wearing swimming clothes. The rooms are small and so are the bathroom and enclosed toilet.

This was our second year staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the combination of sea and forest is really lovely. Last year it was excellent in every respect. This year, however, it was so crowded with families and young children that navigating the breakfast area was really a challenge. The hotel uses only the finest ingredients, and the service is very fine, but so many young children not under parental control spoils the atmosphere. If a separate area for families with young children could be set up, or separate dining times that could improve everyone's enjoyment of this fine hotel.

とても気持ち良く滞在させて頂きました。 チェックイン、チェックアウト後までのんびりと過ごさせて頂ける事がとても素晴らしいと思いました。 そのおかげで、一泊の普通なら慌ただしい旅行も数日のんびりと過ごさせて頂いた様な充実した感じと、心も体も楽に感じる事が出来ました。 館内の照明が、とても落ち着く灯りなのですが、フロントカウンターをはじめ暗い所が少し多く、特にお風呂がとても暗く、年配者と行きましたので、少し心配でした。 年配者に限らず、若い方でも目の悪い方など字を書くときや、お風呂は少し不便や危ない事もあるのではないかと思いました。 スポットだけでも明る目な照明を要所要所に設けられていると暗いのが苦手な方がお一人でも安心出来るのではと思いました。 何度か駐車場と行き来したのですが、その度に玄関を入るととても良い香りがして、心地良く何度も初めて玄関を入った様に嬉しく感じられました。

ピックルボールを初体験！

家から１時間ほどで行けるヒルトン小田原はお気に入りの場所です。今回は７人で滞在し、皆でピックルボールを楽しみました。朝のビュッフェではオリジナルの海鮮丼をそれぞれ作り堪能しました。従業員の方々もさすがヒルトンという対応で良い休日となりました。

3世代家族旅行で、非常に快適でした。孫たちはプールやボーリングでおおはしゃぎ、家内は温繊に大満足、時間があれば、スパにも行きたかったなって、すごく満喫できました。みな、また来たいと今回の滞在では足りないみたいでした。本当に良かった。

お世話になりました。 家内が姉妹と子供達と一緒にこれまで何度か滞在していました。 家内の勧めで私は初めて伺いました。 今回は家内と息子家族と共に宿泊しました。 2才半の孫と様々なアクティビティを楽しみました。 食事もとても満足しました。 リゾート滞在の雰囲気を盛り上げるホテル全体のデザインが素敵で大満足でした。 さて、是非また滞在したいですが、幾つかの知りたいことやお願いがあります。 1. コネクティングルームはあるのでしょうか？ 2. 洗面所に拡大鏡が欲しいです。 3. 他のホテルにはあったのですが、90センチ程度の子供にフィットする浴衣やパジャマがあったら嬉しいです。こちらでは最小が110センチと伺いました。

とても手入れが行き届いていて、スタッフもさすがヒルトンだなと思いました。 岩盤浴を利用しました。アロマの香りで癒され、しっかり良い汗をかきました。 時間制で予約が必要です。安価ではない利用料なので、クールダウン室等があれば良かったと思います。 大浴場の温泉もよく温まりいい湯でした。 サウナも露天風呂もありました。 サウナ室にテレビ、露天風呂に時計があるともっと良かったです。
