I had a mostly excellent stay at the hotel. The breakfast was superb – great variety, fresh ingredients, and the staff there were consistently warm and attentive. The Pistachio Bar also stood out with its excellent service and relaxed atmosphere – a real highlight of the hotel.
The Room Turnover (cleaning service) was top-notch. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and well-stocked throughout the stay.
However, there are a few areas that need improvement.
The reception staff could be more attentive and welcoming. Compared to the rest of the team, the front desk service felt a bit cold and impersonal, which was disappointing considering it’s the first point of contact for guests.
A major downside was the swimming pool maintenance. There were recurring issues during my stay – either it was closed or not properly maintained, which was frustrating and disappointing.
Also, it would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer information about the gym policy. I was surprised to learn that children and teenagers are not allowed to use the gym during the week, which wasn’t mentioned at booking. It caused some confusion and limited our plans.
Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it – great food, excellent cleaning staff, and some standout amenities – but attention is needed in reception, pool maintenance, and clearer guest information regarding facilities.
