Bonne étape à Andorre

Placé en dehors du centre dans un quartier calme à 15 minutes à pied de l'hyoer centre. Accueil en espagnol très professionnel et souriant. Communs propres et comme en Espagne du marbre partout. Chambre vaste literie confortable chambre chauffée balcon sympa mais à Andorre les bâtiments sont très près les uns des autres. Petit dej énorme très varié et produits bons Bonne étape

A localização não é tão próxima ao centro da cidade como pensei, No primeiro dia que cheguei não havia gel de banho e nem champoo ( depois que reclamei foi corrigido ), Para incluir o café da manhã estava muito caro, e para usar a garagem tinha que pagar 18 euros por dia( um absurdo ) . Meus amigos se hospedaram mais próximo do centro, tiveram direito a café da manhã e estacionamento grátis para clientes, e ainda por cima pagaram muito menos que eu, infelizmente me decepcionei com a escolha que fiz.

Eles nos obrigaram a pagar para deixar o carro elétrico carregando no estacionamento deles, mesmo já estando hospedados lá e mesmo o estacionamento estando VAZIO!!! Eles foram intransigentes e grosseiros! Péssima experiência!

O quarto era bem confortável mas eram 2 camas de solteiro, mesmo que tivesse pedido uma de casal. A pior parte foi ter que PAGAR PRA DEIXAR O CARRO NO ESTACIONAMETO ENQUANTO CARREGAVA O CARRO ELÉTRICO!!! Mesmo estando hospedado no hotel, só podia carregar o carro se pagar pra entrar lá!!! UM ABSURDO!!!! E O ESTACIONAMENTO ESTAVA VAZIO!!!! Não tinha nenhum outro carro além do nosso! Eles foram muito intolerantes e grosseiros!!!

La decoración y las instalaciones son antiguas, pero todo está limpio y correcto. El parking del hotel es horrible, porque es de ascensor y maniobrar en los pisos para entrar y salir con el coche del ascensor es complicadísimo. A 300m hay un parking comunal descubierto al mismo precio.
