I stayed at this hotel for several days and expected a good experience, but it fell short. There were two main issues:
Inconsistent Information: When I checked in, I confirmed certain details multiple times, but three staff members gave me three different answers! One was very firm in saying "no," while another later said "yes." This inconsistency forced me to pay for an extra day. The lack of follow-through on their promises was extremely frustrating. It’s infuriating!
High Deposit & Slow Refund: The $150 deposit was relatively high, and I was told it would be refunded within 7-15 business days. It’s now been two full weeks since I left.
Other Notes:
Cleanliness: It was okay at first, but after three days, the cleaning became less thorough—maybe because I didn’t tip?
Location: Not ideal for going out at night.
Overall, the experience was disappointing.
