An amazing place to stay in a beautiful city!! Our very own palace! We loved, loved, loved our stay at this hotel!! We had a beautiful room with a balcony and view of the canal! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The local recommendation for dinner was fabulous They helped coordinate a trip to Murano to tour a glass blowing factory and also our taxi to the airport. The breakfast was an awesome perk. Wonderful options and cappuccino made with smiley faces. You won’t be disappointed by booking this place on your next trip to Venice!!

Amazing visit! I was here for a romantic getaway and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. They set up flowers and prosecco in my room and organized a romantic water taxi tour with dinner reservations. The room itself was amazing! Clean and beautiful. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Buen hotel y excelente atención del personal

Hotel muy bonito y cómodo, en un auténtico palacio Veneciano, a la orilla de un canal y con parada de taxi acuático a la puerta. La habitación grande, más de que esperábamos. Fue Cumpleaños de mi esposo y nos regalaron una botella de vino como detalle, nos ayudaron con recomendaciones de lugares para comer y del transporte, lo cual es un poco complicado en Venecia. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, pero a la vez en una zona tranquila, lejos del tumulto de los turistas, muy bueno el desayuno. Mención especial a Alessandro de recepción que se ocupó en todo momento de nosotros y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Estuvimos muy contentos, duda nos hospedariamos de nuevo en este hotel.

Gorgeous room and great service

Gorgeous room (junior suite with canal view), Murano chandelier. Lots of space, great area with easy access to everything but not so crowded. Excellent service.

2 days in Venice mid July 25

Beautiful hotel situated in a quite area of Venice. Very helpful and service minded staff. We had room with canal view. A little balcony. It was very nice. Highly recommended.

Excellent small hotel in the heart of Venice. Just off the main thoroughfare, and only a 15-minute walk from the rail station. Perfectly placed to walk to all the major sites. Polite, friendly, and helpful staff.

A real gem in the heart of Venice but in a quiet area away from the noise and hordes of day trippers. Everything is in a fifteen minute walk. If you walk away from the centre, the area is very italian - the streets are full of locals - as are the bars and restaurants. We had a lovely very large room over the canal with a shower room and bathroom. Breakfast was a limited but very appetising buffet. Highly recommend

We loved the history of this hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was in a great location away from the crowds. It was close to great dining options and right on the water. The breakfast was small but provided enough options to start the day. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Huge sitting area, was once the dining room palace. Place has a lot of history.

Host alexsandro was incredibly informative, welcoming and went above and beyond to help our stay. He made us feel like we were coming home, despite never visiting Venice before. He sat us down to explain the areas and recommended us routes for our itinerary: . Breakfast was faultless hosted by Michaela who was super friendly and kind throughout. The hotel is central yet peaceful in quiet off street. Absolutely fab and would recommend!

Ett super mysigt hotell mitt inne i Venedig. Lätt att ta sig runt till olika platser. Fantastisk service där personalen kunde bra engelska. Hotellet fixade gratis taxi båt till ön Murano för att titta på glasbruk. Frukosten var trevlig, mycket som var portions uppdelat vilket vi uppskattade. Te serverades i kanna på bordet.
