Incredible property, incredible people
This is an incredible property, staffed by incredible people. We had an amazing time exploring Casco Viejo from this fantastic hotel. Highly recommend this special gem of a place - Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo - is one of the best. Luisa and Arielle were just wonderful, making sure we had whatever we needed to make our experience incredible. Don’t miss the tour of the building, there is so much history.

The Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo is a beautiful hotel nicely located in the old section of Panama City. The bars and restaurants on site are excellent with delicious offerings. The staff is friendly and responsive. The pool and lounges are inviting with poolside service for drinks and food. The fitness room is well-equipped. Our stay here was wonderful.

From the literal moment I arrived the staff have been attentive, accommodating and so warm that I felt like I was with family and not alone in a foreign country. Excellent hotel and staff !!! First class customer service . Food and drink also was great. Me and my wife love every minute of it. The customer service is the best I ever had!! We went out to dinner one night a short distance from the hotel the hotel driver gave us a ride we told him we would walk back because we wanted enjoy the scenery and our walk back to the hotel. Well a light rain started and when we got to the front door of the restaurant the hostess gave us 2 umbrellas the driver On taro ,had brought back and left for us !!! Me and my wife both said wow. On taro was outstanding!!! Shawn the bellman was also . I have give credit to the entire staff from check in to the bellman the ,bartender, the waiters and waitresses !! We definely can not wait to go back!!
