Room needs to be fixed
Its the second time that we have stayed in this hotel. Sadly this time and with this room we had a super bad experience.
First when you enter the lobby in the night. There are many flying cockroaches or something similar. I know around the hotel is nature, but not every guest likes to be greeted from those bugs.
Check-In was fast, friendly and good.
Our room was not so clean, especially in the bathroom. And the main problem was water leaking from the ceiling when the air condition was on. Without air condition it was way too hot and humid in the room, so we had to run it. Sadly the water dripped all night long from different gaps in the ceiling. We put towels on the floor, but the sound was so annoying. You can see on the picture the old water marks. So this problem exists for a long time. They should not rent this room, when it has this issue.
Then around 3am. A group of very drunk guests entered the corridor and banged on different rooms and yelled. I think the staff should tell them to be quiet.
All in all we got zero rest, after driving 850 kilometers.
Next time i will book another hotel. Because i pay to rest.
