Hotel was under construction- we book the superior premium room- water view. We were given a room with street view instead and were informed by front desk that none of the superior premium rooms have water view. I took a screenshot of the falsely advertised room. Overall it’s an ok hotel at a convenient location- walking distance from “el Malecon.” The food at both restaurants is average and not cheap.

We have stayed at this property a few times over the years. Great location on the beach and they have made some nice updates since our last stay. The rooms are outdated but still have the Mexico charm.The breakfast buffet was just ok. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Thanks!

We rented three rooms for a family vacation. We were incredibly disappointed with the rooms. The pictures on the website in no way were a good description of this property. The property is very old, bathrooms have obviously never been updated. However, the pictures on the website showed exceptional bathrooms. Not the case for our three rooms, superior partial ocean views we thought we reserved. The pool was wonderful, and we had a great time there. People were awesome in the "One" restaurant that was available and the outside bar. Very good people. I cannot say the same for the people that check you in. When I complained about our room they not only did not apologize, they seemed perturbed that we would even complain. We would never stay at this property again, so sad, because we had looked so forward to a 10 day stay. Could not wait to leave.

Los arcos is an older property in a great location, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. We arrived late around 8, and thy put us in a small, windowless room bathroom was tiny and the decor was awful nothing like the pictures on the web. We asked for a better room and upgraded to one with a balvony
