Disappointing experience
The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean.

Mala experiencia en el Servicio
Mal Servicio contraté un paquete todo incluido y el Hotel tiene un servicio de solo rentar habitación. Entonces los empleados se enfocan más en atender a la gente que va a pagar en el establecimiento y a mí que paguen todo incluido. No se me atendía, una anécdota estaban preparando papas a la francesa. Cuando llegué a servirme. Pedí que me dieran y me dijeron que no me podían dar porque esas papas eran para la Venta. Entonces acaso yo no pagué mi estancia en el hotel muy muy mal Servicio quede muy decepcionado del Hotel del Servicio

Best vacation in PV
Our stay at Casa Donna Susana was amazing. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The hotel is small and beautiful. It was like staying in the 1950s. The hotel was quite each night with no noise. We choose the all inclusive option. Best way to stay. You have access to the buffet which was small but hand cooked to order. All meals were enjoyable. Beach access was easy with staff helping with everything. Staying here, you are walking distance to everything. We will be coming back soon

The hotel itself is old, very quaint but if you go by the pics and description given you will be deceived as we were. Luis at the front desk was great but between the hotel & Expedia we could get no help. The hotel itself is not all inclusive. The only things at the hotel are the rooms and a pool. We paid for all inclusive but had to walk to the other hotel down the block and across the street. It says concierge service & mini bar, none of that is true. The rooms are very small. We also were awaken super early by the noise of workers working next door & we told the front desk who told us there was nothing they could do. The noise from the workers proceeded all throughout the day.

Mi estancia fue POCO agradable, ya en otras ocasiones me he hospedado en Doña Susana y en esta ocasión me tuvieron que cambiar dos veces de habitación, la primer noche porque empezó a caer agua del aire acondicionado en la base de la cama y la segunda noche nos volvieron a mover de habitación debido a las goteras en el techo que caían directo en la cama, fue muy incomodo tener que volver a empacar nuestras cosas para estarnos moviendo de habitación toda nuestra estancia, ojala lo consideren y conserven el buen servicio.

Quaint boutique hotel in a convenient location. Walking distance to everything! Our room was a lot smaller than advertised however and windows did not open so could not get sunlight or fresh air. Other wise I would have given this 10/10. Front desk staff were always friendly but the housekeeping staff did not make much effort. Rooftop pool was a nice treat! The all-inclusive meals at the resort next door could use a bit more variety. Overall a pleasant stay for the price!

Personal del Hotel en reception Excelente Pero en cambio los meseros en el restaurante el pueblito Terribles a excepción de Rogelio… De verdad sin entrar en detalles porque algunos son muy muy poco profesionales y estoy segura que el hotel ni siquiera los sabe les diré que el Hotel es muy bueno la comida ok pero es un extra la ubicación… zona romántica cerca de todo y el precio muy bueno pero si deberían tener más cuidado con su buffet tienen muchísimos meseros sin hacer nada y en el buffet los pajaritos caminando y comiendo de los mismos platillos que los clientes se sirven…
