We enjoy staying here except on Saturday nights when they have a party in the Biergarten until 4am. Breakfast is pretty good, gym and pool are excellent

Recepcionista sem empatia com o cliente. Temos mais de 67 anos e depois de 24 horas de viagem, nos fez esperar das 13 até as 15 horas para fazer o check-in. O ponto alto são os pratos executados pelo chef. Excelente. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. Como saímos às 6:00 horas, estava um pouco escuro o saguão e pedimos ao segurança para acender as luzes o que ele acabou fazendo mas a lentidão foi ofensiva. O ralo do banheiro não dava conta da água do chuveiro (com jato limitado), provavelmente entupindo. Falamos com o proprietário e o mesmo disse tomaria providencia nos assuntos citados.

Waste of money an very racist...
Am the most calmest an easiest person to deal with...i dont make much be a bothered to me...an this is my second time staying in panama...an this is the worse have ever feal....first an foremost half the staff there is racist....an my reason for stating this is....in the morning if we go for breakfast an 1 or 2 off the containers are empty they dont pay it any mind...but as soon as white person empty they are quick to take it up an refill it...an have witness it happen more than once...so therefore we stop going for breakfast on the morning...secondly the bar is close in the day....an if u go an the road an come back with anything drinking even if your sitting at the pool,, you are instructed to go to your room with it.....as a black person you cannot eat or drink anything on the property unless it was purchase from them....we observe a couple who spoke there language sit in clear view eating food that was purchase elsewhere an nothing was said to them......our first room if you open the window all u saw was bird mess all over.....we went an ask for a room with view an a balcony an was told it would cost up 50 us per night....wish when check an the website was a total lie...we were place in a room where we could see the jacuzzi an the pool wish we were very grateful for....however the room had only a bed an a concrete structure to put our stuff on...the bathroom was 6/10 ...the a.c unit was tape up.....the sheet was on the bed for 6 day before it was changed...NEVER AGAIN

Fine, but don’t stay here if you want peace
Room price was good, room was nice. Major issue is they have a disco bar that plays music until 4 am and the rooms are not sound proof so you hear music and vibrations until 4 am. Not a place to Stay if you want to sleep.

Exceeded expectations!
The hotel is awesome, the decor is amazing the staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful with our limited Spanish. Breakfast was included and was delicious and being able to swim in the outdoor pool was a bonus
