The Samantha was ok but didn't have hot water for a couple of days, the code to the back gate didn't work & the laundry room didn't lock as well. A garbage can was needed in the laundry room as well. The only soap in the bathroom was in the shower. The location was good - close to stores & the buses.

Stay Away
We stayed at this property for two nights and had no hot water. Therefore, we could not shower. I notified the property and request a room switch. They replied and ask us to run the water for ten minutes. I also spoke to two employees on site the next morning. They sent texts to maintenance but nothing was done. I do not recommend staying at this place.

Big room, great location but lots of issues
Great location, close to the beach and shopping. “Desk” check in is a little odd with it being outside and the phone number listed connects to someone in a different state, makes it hard to communicate. We paid extra for late check out and because of language barrier we were harassed by a rude housekeeper to leave the property an hour earlier than we asked for. Room was nice and big. Beds were uncomfortable. Kitchen was nice to have but the hot plate looked like it would catch on fire if we used it. Bathroom floor was cracked, toilet seat was broken and the toilet paper dispenser is too far to reach when you are already sitting. The building next door is run down and dirty and was scary to walk by at night.

Price good enough to overlook lack of service
Rooftop deck was nice. Good price for the location. No customer service. Asked for an extra blanket and was told it was coming 3 times but it never came during my 2 night stay. 3 rooms near us couldn't reach after hours checkin.

Väldigt bra läge nära stranden, helt okej att sova ett par nätter med familjen. Personalen är bara på plats dagtid, men när dom var där var dom mycket hjälpsamma och vänliga, särskilt Laurent som hjälpte oss. Dom lät oss också checka ut en timme senare, så vi kunde byta om efter stranden, tack, jättebra personal!

Fomos recebidos com excelente atendimento do Sr. Nachos. Nos orientou todo o procedimento do apartamento. O local estava bem arrumado e limpo. O local é diferente da foto que eu tinha locado, visualmente no site parecia maior e este que estávamos parecia menor. O colchão precisa melhorar porque era mole de mais. A copa (pia) precisa de uma iluminação porque a noite é escuro, a iluminação branca central não existe, somente iluminação ambiente (amarelado). Banheiro tudo perfeito com ducha quente ótimo. O apartamento é próximo de supermercado e cafés, mas a desvantagem é estacionar. Em miami já é impossível estacionar gratuito e em South Beach pior. O apartamento não tem garagem privativa, então, a dica é chegar 22-23hrs pagar 1 hr e depois pagar mais 3hrs no ParkMobile, se não me engano, das 2-7 hrs da manhã é gratuito e depos acorda as 7 hrs para colocar 3-4 hrs de ParkMobile, esta missão vai te custar +/- U$ 20 dólares. Não existe garagem privada para pagar próximo, nem perde o seu tempo. Esta dica, nem a Samantha Apart te explica. Detalhe, esquece de dar de Gerson porque toma muita, U$ 150 dólares. A comunicação foi razoável com a Samantha porque não houve a explicação de estacionar na rua e se não fosse a recepção do Sr. Nachos acho que seria uma desafio abrir o portão e a porta do apartamento. Mas, deu tudo certo, até no checkout, deixamos as malas numa sala segura que o Sr. Nachos nos orientou. Nossos agradecimentos para ele pela atenção dada.

So disappointing
The room was fine but access was so difficult as the gate codes were changed 3 times in a week without telling us. I was given the incorrect code by email and also by phone when I called. I requested housekeeping mid week who only changed towels, no cleaning. It would be fine for 1 night but definitely not a week
