Solo trip for day of discgolf in town… Property was in excellent condition, service exceeding expectations; beachfront location (next to boardwalk); security visible; clean room… It’s what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn on the beach, and the price was right.

The hotel did not do anything about loud noises. I was woken up several times during my stay because of other people staying at the hotel were being really loud. The indoor was nice and the room and faculty was clean. Just wish they were more attentive on loudness from others in the hotel.

Wonderful weekend escape in January
Had an excellent extended weekend there in the middle of January. Quiet, comfortable, and well-maintained hotel. I didn’t use any of the amenities, but the indoor heated pool looked inviting. Oceanfront views were amazing.

Our 1st choice for the location
We have stayed here before that’s why we chose to return. Room was clean except a dirty towel on the floor in front of the stove but it wasn’t a big deal to us. Hot water in the bathroom sink is very hot so watch out for littles using it alone. Great location to food and activities!!

Amazing sunrise view.
The location is perfect to appreciate the sunrise and enjoy the beach, which is a few steps away. The staff was friendly. Free parking with easy access. The room is old but fair for the price.

Hidden Gem with the Nicest Staff
My husband and I had a wonderful getaway night. The staff was super nice (Dee at the front desk was great) and they was easy to talk with. We have lived in the area about 45 mins away and love to get a room in the winter and enjoy the pools and view. This did not disappoint. We were right next to beautiful lights on the rides, great pizza a few steps away, great "people watching" downtown, hot tub and relaxing on the balcony watching the ocean. Perfection. We will be returning many more times. Thanks everyone there~!!

*Location is great *Staff was very friendly and pleasant *Room with the studio kitchen was nice and made things convenient *Had an issue with the light in the bathroom and maintenance was there to fix it quickly *Only minor issue was staff or security allowing overnight parking in the 15 min loading/unloading spots when i was warned to not do it or we would be towed. Guess its allowed if you drive the right kind of car or who you know

The view from the room was amazing! The pool and the hot tub were also well kept and a lot of fun. The room itself had minor issues. The bedframe I believe was old or broken, because the whole bed leaned toward the headboard. The sign in the room also stated that the sheets would be changed on the 4th day, but they never were. The front desk staff was very nice, but the concierge/salesman in the office was a bit much. Myrtle is already swarming with salesman trying to offer "discounts" and "coupons", so the last place you want to be pushed into buying something is in the hotel. It makes you think twice about going into the lobby. Certain ammenities can use updating but overall I would book again just for the veiw.

Excellent location
Fast check in. Friendly front desk staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Room 338 low rise at the Holiday Pavillion has a beautiful view of the ocean and right next to a restaurant on the board walk. Excellent location. Only con is stair only access.

I especially enjoyed the suite. There is a kitchen area which divides the living room area from the 2 bed area up front. The Murphy bed was used at night and went back up in the wall during the day time. The front of the Suite was facing the boardwalk while the back had a baloncy which faced the ocean. Friendly staff.
