My stay was a very good stay. There was a gentleman named Ray who was very helpful, friendly, and very courteous.

We had been helping my son and his wife cleaning, painting, and moving for three days and we were exhausted! Due to a mixup with the third party booking company, the room I had booked wasn’t available, do the woman at the desk upgraded us to a suite. It was wonderful, and SO appreciated! Loved the blackout curtains, too!

We were very impressed with this hotel. The room was big and very clean, the service was great and breakfast was awesome. We will definitely go back next time we are in that area. Hardly recommended!

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Was messy with the construction being done on 2nd floor.

People were great. Front desk and food service were outstanding. Very large room but a very small bathroom. The bathroom did not accommodate two people compared to the size of the suite. Bed was a little soft for me but I guess everyone has their own likes.

Just one miscommunication with an security guard and housekeeper...I was awaken from a knock at the door...they thought the room was supposed to be empty. They apologized profusely and I went back to sleep.

I took my two boys to Kennywood and whenever we stay overnight somewhere we always stay at a Holiday Inn Express. This one was close to Kennywood so I thought it would be great. The rooms were nice and it had a nice sized refrigerator. The first night I got a 5am wake up phone call that I did not request. I let it go because I thought it was just a simple error. The next night after returning to Kennywood around 9pm we went to our room put our pajamas on and visited a couple that we traveled with. When returning to our room we could not get it. The key would not work. The lady up front tried to rescan it and it would still not work. The GM came to our room and said it looked like the lock battery was dead. They had to call someone to come in and take the lock off recharge the battery so we could get it. So for about 45 min at 10pm we were sitting in the hallway in our pajamas waiting for our lock to be fixed and on to top it all off I got another 5am unrequested wake up call. Very disappointed with our stay

Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and very friendly staff! Couldn’t ask for a better visit!

Room was clean and the king suite was very roomy. Breakfast was same thing each day. Would be better if they mixed it up.
