Everything was great but not most comfortable bed. Excellent restaurant with good service and reasonable prices.

The parking was a bit of a challenge to find for disabled spots and getting luggage in past security to entrance in casino was a chore. The card reader was broken and wouldn’t work at check in which prolonged that process. Rooms were comfortable, clean, quiet. Liked that they had security on site.

When room was ready. They never called. Bed was very hard. Room smelled like smoke.

If you are staying with a pet - service animals and luggage have to go through casino floor when entering and returning to your room. Very tight space and noise front elevator and entrance- exit. Most casinos - hotels have a separate entrance.

The weather was perfect. The outside terrace was a fantastic place to have coffee in the morning overall, the day was great. The people were friendly. It’s very clean and comfortable.

Just staying 1 night room was clean and comfortable. My biggest complaint was there was no entrance that you didn’t have to walk through a stinky smoke filled environment ! That is a big no go for me, can’t stand having to go to a meeting smelling like I’ve been smoking like a chimney.

First time guests to your property. Room was dated, needs updating. Hallway smelled better then room upon entry. Need signage for Front Desk and in parking garage for hotel check in. We were in a 2 queen hotel room, only 2 coffee cups available. Signage at entrance to hotel/casino stating “Please have a valid ID ready for Security” would help. Security Officers need some customer service training when manning the security ID check coming from the garage. On my initial entry one particular Security Officer was very lacking in this skill. He/She needed to understand not all guests are familiar with your property and procedures. Front Desk employees were spot on with your customer service standards. Overall we were not really impressed with your property.
