The staff was great always asking what can they could assist you with. The drink the food service was excellent. The chef in the fish market were great we had a beach dinner and it exceeded our expectation's. Thank you Bahia Principe we will be back

This place was nice, the room was very clean and nicely furnished. The only down part was getting reservations to the restaurants was impossible so we were stuck eating the buffet menu every night. The food wasn’t bad but we would’ve liked to eat something else a few nights. Definitely recommend for families especially with smaller children. The pools were great and the water park in the resort was really fun.

All I can say is wow, me, my wife and our son went for 4 days, it was our 9 year wedding anniversary and my birthday the day we left. We always had plenty things to do, we went swimming daily, plenty of little shops to visit, they even have a casino inside the hotel area. Lots of things to do for adults and kids, we never had a chance to get hungry or thirsty, plenty of food throughout and drink stations, the food was amazing, the buffet had plenty of options for breakfast lunch and dinner, we received two restaurant reservations and we went to the tequila restaurant and the Indian food place, they were both awesome. The staff was always helpful and courteous, our room was closer to the beach and was tastefully decorated. I really can’t wait to go back ❤️

We love the entertainment staffs. The hotel is pretty big. If you love walking this is the right place. However they still have train stops at most of the village that will bringing you to your destination

The staff is fantastic. The resort was great. Would have apprecited if it were explained that some of the water parks were only available if we had upgraded. We would have upgraded had we known. We did not know before we went that there was a huge algie bloom in the ocean that causes the air to smell like rotten eggs. The beaches were not cleaned like some of the other resorts do. The beach was completly unusable and the pool near the ocean smelled horrible as a result.

Beautiful property with a lot of entertainment. The two main pools steps from the beach also had music with something different every day for adults as well as for the children. Shows every night at the main lobby. The buffet always had a great selection of food and very tasty. I went to three à la cart restaurant the Brazilian and Japanese hibachi were excellent. Unfortunately I was not a fan of the Italian restaurant.
