I had to make couple of changes to my booking due to unforeseen circumstances, and the hotel staff (Harshvardhan, Rohit) handled each adjustment with professionalism and efficiency. They were accommodating and understanding, making the process seamless and stress-free. Moreover, every interaction with the staff was marked by warmth and attentiveness. Whether it was the concierge assisting with local recommendations or the housekeeping team ensuring my room was spotless, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident at every turn. The facilities were also top-notch, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. Overall, my experience at Trident was nothing short of outstanding. Overall one of the better stays in the city. Great food although a bit on the expensive side. The area is neat and clean compared to some other parts, so it’s good to stay with family if you’re here. Plenty of eateries nearby so you won’t go hungry.

Gem in the heart of the city
The staff, their zeal to be of service, welcoming spirit and responsiveness, their unwavering attitude to go above and beyond is a rarity. We stayed twice in a short span of one week. The cleanliness, greenery and welcoming feeling is unparalleled. Truly a gem of a hotel in this city and indeed deserves a 10 * rating. I would like to call out Mayank, the front office manager, who went steps further to accommodate our requests and get us the suite we wanted. He showed us 3 suites to choose from. The entire staff is ready to assist, and you don’t need to follow up again. Housekeeping crew, especially Kunal, needs to be commended for his spirit of service, and following the Oberoi dharma, as he said. Very professional, courteous. Chef Shakti and his team are someone we adore a lot. The chef took personal care of the guests, and always went above and beyond. He remembered our culinary choices and likings, especially of our son, and took great effort and time to suggest and explain different dishes and made custom/special dishes we requested for. The food was delicious, and I am amazed how observant and detail oriented the team is.
