The toilet kept breaking and they wouldn’t fix it properly so we kept having to fix it…

We had stayed at Best Western Plus before, excellent. Different location and now with covid everything is different. But the staff was friendly and helpful.

We are normally a committed Best Western customer because of our previous, good experiences. This place is not up to the Best Western brand's reputation! Oure first room was left dirty and required us to request a different room. The second room was much better, but even it was just not your typical Best Western type of quality.

Location is out of the way and not actually near the mall, or much else. Bed spread was dirty. We could hear other guests and staff through the vent in the bathroom. It was strange enough hearing a man singing while I was going to the bathroom at 5:30 in the morning, Much worse was my daughter hearing sex while taking a bath and then hearing the woman cry after. The pool area seemed ok, but was completely filled with a large pizza party from the time we checked in until closed.

I arrived at the hotel and the clerk offered me a room 222at first that room wasn't operational. Then I was offered a room downstairs that had bed bugs unbelievable I asked for a refund and I was given the run around. I paid for 2 queen and my family had to sleep together because the other bed was infested.

I made a mistake and assumed that the name "Best Western Plus" meant that I would have a quality experience. The hotel has a strange chemical odor, possibly due to COVID. Pool hours were inconvenient. The "grab and go" breakfast is a joke. Carpet in the room is old. Bathroom walls are incredibly thin; I could hear the woman in the next room coughing as loud as if she was in the room with me. The bed was comfortable, pillows were fine, and there was not a lot of road noise. Go in with low expectations and you will be fine.

First, hour in the room and discovered a toliet clogged told the front desk they simply left a plunger at the door for us to unclog it. Found pill package and lighter under the bed of our “clean” room. Hot tub in pool area didn’t get hot and had black pieces of what appeared to be mold in it. But the absolute worse part was our floor right where you get off the elevator at reeked of weed and smoke so bad it literally made your eyes water. Also, our room door did not shut properly requiring you to slam it hard to shut it and push extremely hard to open it. Oh and anything you needed during the day you had to wait for the front desk guy to decide to get off his cell phone and then roll his eyes to get what you needed. He did this to everyone. It was very unwelcoming

This hotel is nice and located in a convenient area of Tulsa near the mall & restaurants Mr. Austin at the front desk is very polite plus the pool, hot tub and gym is open
