Beautiful stay, exceptional staff!
I would stay a million times over. The building is beautiful & they have decorated all its little quirks to give it a warm and welcoming feel without clutter. It has such an indivisible feel and we felt right at home straight away. The staff are excellent in customer service but also in general as helpful and fun as you’d want. They provide a map and at advice you might need and a warm chat when you get back. The rooms are clean and stylishly decorated, note there’s no lift if you have mobility issues but no worries for us. The bed was simply fantastic and the bathroom well presented. I would like a shower head holder at head height but that’s being very British of me! The breakfast is worth all the comments made!! I loved it. It’s so well thought out and put together, there’s something for everyone and it’s kicks off the day well! The walk to the market square is max 7 mins very flat and this is basically central. I will be coming back to Bruges and 100% plan to stay there again. Thanks to the team for such a nice stay.

Nice hotel
Great stay and great and helpfull staff, breakfast was also good. A very minor comment on our room the shower was in the bath and you are not able to stand up to have a shower, it would be better to have a showerhead mount higher up to have this option. Otherwise all good, would stay again

Très jolie ville et belle balade sur ses canaux.
Cela plusieurs fois que nous réservons par l'intermédiaire de Hôtel.com et je me demande si tous les clients sont reçus de la même façon si vous réservez en direct avec l’hôtel ou pas. Lors de ma réservation dans les filtres je regarde si l’hôtel à son propre parking et c'était le cas pour cet hotel..mais arrivés sur place plus de parking. Je trouve que l'on trompe le client.

Great stay
This is such a sweet hotel with a welcoming staff and extra unexpected details. I enjoyed the beautiful location and building. My room was large with a great view and a very comfortable bed! Breakfast was good and the gym was nice to have!

Gorgeous hotel that’s massively underrated online. Lovely spot next to the canal. I got a room overlooking the canal and it’s worth it. Only slightly out of the centre of Brugge and easy walking distance. I was a single female traveller and felt safe coming back to the hotel late. It’s quiet but safe. The hotel is full of character (I’m sick of identikit hotels when with work so always look for a bit of charm when I’m staying on leisure) and is beautiful inside and out with a very cute little bar. Hotel reception were helpful and my room was fab. Great experience and I can highly recommend x

Had a pleasant stay at hotel ter Brughe, the staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was quite filling, and the hotel is conveniently located from points of interest.

My wife and I ( both in our 70's) stayed there for four nights, and it was a wonderful experience. This is a fabulous hotel. Located on a canal, it is far away from the central part of the historic district to avoid noise and crowds, but still in easy walking distance. The staff immediately respond to every request, and also are very helpful with restaurant suggestions. When I had trouble with the thermostat, one left the desk immediately, and came upstairs and fixed the problem. I did not not elect to get the full breakfast, but did find some excellent bakeries nearby for a lighter breakfast.
