My stay was passable overall—certain aspects were handled well, others not so much.
• Check‑in hiccup: Upon arrival, the check-in system was down, forcing a wait of about an hour before I could finally get into my room.
• Staff competence: Once checked in, the team was friendly, informative, and helpful. They clearly communicated the hotel’s amenities and services.
• Room condition: The room was clean and the temperature was pleasant.
• Housekeeping delay: On the following day, the room went uncleaned until after 3 p.m., even though I had departed at 8 a.m. for a meeting and returned at 2 p.m.
• Bathroom issues: The water pressure was weak, and the hot water took an unusually long time to kick in during the shower. Also, the toilet wasn’t clean at all.
• Customer service: Despite the operational glitches, the staff remained friendly and demonstrated strong customer service skills.
Verdict: The stay was okay—certain conveniences like cleanliness and helpful staff stood out, but systemic delays and maintenance issues diminished the experience. As a result, I’m unlikely to stay here again.
