I booked it then they wanted to do a no contact check in and all theses other things making the check in impossible from long distance i booked all the time for our employeesand never have a problem.they said they would do a cancellation waiver to get my refund and hotels.com said they couldn’t get ahold of them we lost $135.00

The area of Palm Springs was nice. It just seemed to have a lot of displaced people around constantly the front gate, which was supposed to have a code was never really closed. People would come and go pretty freely sketchy people.

Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Bathroom sink backed up and kitchen sink had no water pressure. So a mixed bag. But the neighborhood was quiet and convenient on foot.

From the entry gate which had a broken glass panel, to the unkept landscaping and non functioning ice maker, it was readily apparent that the owners of this property were not maintaining the property up to the level shown in website photos. My unit did not have a supply of pool towels or even plastic glassware as needed for use by the pool. All of these standard items required calls to the manager. When I was away on a 2 hour errand, my newly purchased sunscreen as well as pool towel was removed and even after a call to management, the sunscreen was not recovered. I often found the entry door to the property left ajar. Not a good secure feeling.

This property was in a very nice neighborhood. It is located in a safe and very quiet area. The unit itself was big and very spacious. It’s almost like a air bnb. Unfortunately the pool was very dirty and we couldn’t use it. One of the kitchen cabinets was broken. The door from one of the rooms was also broken. Overall it was a very nice and quiet stay but the place is in need of a remodel.

Reviews about this property are very misleading. When I got there, the door was open and there was a hole on it. Pool was dirty, and many things were broken. My showerhead was broken when i asked nicely to fix it. They only put tape on it, which it didn’t fix the problem, it ended up falling anyways.The bathtub was old and dirty. But People out front were very nice though.At the end of the day you get what you pay for.

Love this hotel

It was a last minute booking. Everything went well, the only thing was we waited on an email with the hotel and room codes more than we though it would be. I had to call the hotel an informed them about. They were able to look up my info and provide me with that information
