Overall, my stay was good. There was an issue with my my payment at check-in and the manager Cory was was nice enough to resolve the following day after further investigation. The tub in my room still had light "dirty ring" around it that could have been cleaned better, but I had my own cleaning wipes and disinfectant so I made it work. The following night there still an issue with my payment so I used another payment option come to find out my card was declined for potential fraud. Again, Cory was very understandable and patient about it. However, after resolving that issue, I had to wait outside of my room for maintenance to replace the battery on my door. I had to wait about 15 minutes (after 1:00 a.m.) and I was tired and ready to lay down. Again, it was eventually fixed.
