according to night shift manager explanation "Hilton" online booking system has fail so there is no way to checking in and verify people has already booked the room.
We wait 3~ 4 hours in the lobby till 1am morning. Magically bus driver helps him fixed the server at hotel end~ we really wonder the night shift manager's capability...

This is the worst hotel among the more than 20 I have stayed in this year. The environment is very poor, no one clears the snow, the wires are hanging down, and the parking fee is very expensive.

Check other hotels first...
Hotel did a poor job of informing guests of the parking situation. First room given had no hot water; was moved to a suite room. Staff attitude was poor at times. Will not stay here again unless improvements are made.

The shower water was Luke warm at best. My husband wasn’t able to shower after me because there wasn’t any hot water left.

Great hotel with potential to be superb
Easy check-in, friendly staff. Airport shuttle runs every 30 min.
Room was clean.
Only downsidevwas the breakfast. I really want to see a more fresh breakfast with more healthy options and a darker roast for the coffee. One more thing, why don't you serve water? Not even the staff knew.
The hotel has it all for a decent rate and with a better breakfast it would be the best hotel near the airport.

Ótimo hotel próximo ao Mall e Aeroporto
Hotel próximo ao aeroporto de Newark e bem em frente ao Mall Jersey Garden. Vários restaurantes próximos e ônibus neste próprio Mall para New York que chega em 30 minutos na 42 Avenue.

Oh what a night
We Checked in and Everything was GREAT until Jan 2nd to Jan 3rd.
About 12:31am (midnight) the fire alarm system was triggered and inform everyone about the emergency. Due to a burst pipe burst. The fire response team fire fighters. Everyone in the property and the hotel had to be evacuated to the lobby. This went on until 1:15ish. When getting ready to depart the hotel at 6:30am on Jan 3rd, the hotel had no running water. Upon checkout the front desk receptionist informed me that the manager will contact us to offer us a refund on the night’s stay. I had two rooms book room 630 and 632 Adjoining rooms. The front desk receptionist informed me to reach out to HOTELS.com regarding my experience at the hotel.
