Clean Room Dirty Halls
The room was extremely nice and clean with the exception of a broken shower curtain rod it was good. The hallway getting to the room was extremely stinky and dirty. There were stains all over the carpet and the cigarette smell was strong.

Affordable
We stayed for 3 nights and room was ok. Except under the beds were dirty and we had dogs with us and was always trying to get under to eat whatever was down there. Overall the rest of room was clean. The price was affordable and close to where we were site seeing. The dog station had no bags and no trash bag so we did see a lot of dog poo around the grounds.

Comfortable stay for good price
Comfortable, clean suites in Wilmington. I came here for a half-ironman race and this was a perfect type of space and was conveniently located near a lot of shops and restaurants. Great quality for the price.

The room exceeded expectations. Everything was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable and fresh. Any issues that we had were promptly resolved and we felt comfortable and respected as guests. When I come back to Wilmington, I am staying here and I would highly recommend to those who are looking for a safe, affordable, and good experience visiting Wilmington.

We stayed four nights and it was very comfortable. The free breakfast was nice. The patio off of the breakfast room looked great with freshly planted flowers. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice.
The room was better than expected. I loved the separation of the sleep area from the living area. The kitchen area was well equipped including cooking utensils, dishes and a toaster. The staff was very professional. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to expand the breakfast options.

Furnishings in my room were very dated and in need of replacement. Desk chair had an arm that had been mended; sofa and chair were both broken down and needed a bed pillow or two to make comfortable. However, for the price I am willing to accept these failings as I do not normally spend a lot of time in the room.

Everything was good except the smell of the room was horrible. Not sure if it was because it was a pet room. Or the shampoo on the rugs but using the fan for air conditioner made it way worse.

Spacieux mais tres tres bruyant la nuit
Chambre spacieuse et propre. Les moquettes du couloir sont très sales. Notre douche était cassée il a fallu attendre le lendemain qu’elle soit réparée. La personne à l’accueil avec les longs cheveux noirs etait la seule sympathique. Le reste du personne n’était pas très agréable. Malheureusement, l’ hôtel est tres tres bruyant avec des groupes de personnes qui hurlaient dans les couloirs à 3h du matin tous les soirs. Une honte que ce genre de problème ne soit pas contrôlé par des cameras. Le petit dejeuner était bien mais tout est en plastique: les couverts, les tasses, les assiettes , même les pommes sont entourées de plastique. Où est votre conscience écologique ?
