Dirty, unprepared and outdated - that’s how I would describe my family’s stay here. The first thing that struck me was the complete emptiness of the parking lot. At 8pm there were 3 cars…weird.
The guy that checked us in was friendly, but barely spoke English so it was hard to understand him or communicate with him, nice guy though and he did his best.
The hotel looks nice enough on the outside and in the hallways, but is dated. The room appeared decent too, but the two nearly empty toilet paper rolls, completely empty tissue box, disheveled towels, bed that feels like you are sinking into the abyss when you lay on it, my daughters clean socks that were turned black after walking around for 5 minutes, the office chair that was peeling like it had leprosy, etc, changed that perception. The elevator certainly had not been cleaned in months…years??
I didn’t even check out the free breakfast because the rest of the hotel made me squeamish (and we always partake of the free breakfast as a family of 6). Did I mention that we reserved the “King Suite”? Not kingly.
Guh. This is NOT a 3 star hotel.
This could be a place that Ryan Trahan goes to on a “1 star review series”.
