The hotel didn’t send me any check in email. I contacted hotel.com and they asked me to call the hotel first. Sadly I couldn’t make calls in Japan. Then Hotel.com asked me to check check in msg at Expedia app. I would never expected I booked a hotel via hotel.com but check in email at Expedia! !! I insisted hotel.com to help me get the check in details. In the end they did and I was able to check in

The room is excellent, everything is amazing, only we can’t find our confirm e-mail to go in the hotel, only this point is some trouble
Washing machine is dirty, bedroom slippers are quite small for my hubby & air purifier is mouldy and dusty, TV has 3-4 channels only. Sofa is too close to the TV. Air con is located quite far from the beds.
Check in was incredibly awful, 40 mins in 35 degree heat outside because the property owner did not send a valid door code. Ended up calling hotels.com who managed to sort but at a cost in phones, patience and valuable holiday time as well as cooking in the heat. Dreadful check in.... cannot recommend for this reason by itself. Found last occupants' food in the microwave.... otherwise property was ok. Beware, check in appears to be issue looking at previous reviews - avoid...
