The stay was generally okay. Hotel environment and breakfast area is beautiful. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Main downside for me was the fact that one has to order online for room cleaning. It really didn't make sense. Moreover, the slippery floor in the pool area was very dangerous. The times we were at the pool we slipped and almost fell and saw others stumble.

the structure is wonderful. i jike it. i do not like the restaurant. the closed the restaurant during holidays whyle shops outside were closed. it was not easy with food.

Very convenient location. Good breakfast buffet with many options, including those that accommodate food allergies. You must request housecleaning however and I missed that in the fine print. My garbage was overflowing and I ran out of towels. You must call down for housecleaning before 11 pm if you want cleaning the next day.

My wife make a booking mistake. 15 minutes after we realize it’s wrong month, should be May 3rd(Not April 3rd) I try to work with hotel manager to change correct day but it’s not approve because hotel policy..!

My stay here was good, we stayed for 6 days for the Taylor Swift concert. My room was upgraded after we arrived because my previous room had a broken bed. The staff were very kind about it. The original room wasn’t like the pictures advertise and was green and kinda old furnishings. The breakfast was really good and the dining area is amazing we got to sit next to the fish while eating breakfast. The new room itself was a king bed room and was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures advertised, we asked once for cleaning and they kept coming which was helpful, although oddly every time I left my room card in the room the cleaners took it. I asked if this was normal it wasn’t I got given a new card and then the next day I did the same thing and the cleaning took it again? It’s not a big deal just odd. The pool and gym area are nice although the pool itself could do with a deep clean The hotel was clearly busy but they handled it really well.

Helt okej men inte mer än så.

Mycket att välja mellan på frukostbuffen och en mysig miljö. Det som var mindre bra var en lampskärm på rummet som hade var väldigt ofräsch med en massa stora fläckar överallt. Det var kvavt på rummet och ingen möjlighet att öppna fönstret och vädra. Korridorerna var så smala att man fick en instängd känsla när man gick där. Tvålen hade en ganska dålig lukt. Servicen i receptionen var bra förutom att man knappt hörde vad personalen sade pga det stora avståndet på disken. Riktigt hög var den också och obekvämt om man som gäst inte är lång. Det fanns heller inga instruktioner om hur man ska göra för att få igång lamporna och elen och det fick man till sist klura ut själv vilket man som gäst inte ska behöva göra. Sen vet jag inte varför det inte fanns några plastpåsar i papperskorgen på rummet, den var ofräsh.
