Accueil correct, nous avons eu la clé avant l'heure prévue ce qui est un plus. La chambre est propre et confortable. Ce qui est à revoir c'est le petit déjeuner: le pain n'est pas bon, peu de choix pour un hôtel 4**** Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié, un garde vient vous dire que vous devez quitter la salle car il est 10h35. Aussi le garçon s'occupant du petit déjeuner ce dimanche 26/1 est super désagréable !! Avis mitigé

Great stay in Rome
The hotel is in a very nice, quiet, safe location. It is within walking distance to most major attractions (If you don’t mind waking a bit; great way to see the city). The staff is friendly. Breakfast offers many yummy choices. The building is very well maintained, clean, and beds are comfortable. The room I was in could use some minor upkeeps, like wallpaper loose in some spots, phone hanging crooked on the wall, etc., but no real major issues. Overall it is a great place!

Hotels.com isn’t what it used to be.
We got to Rome a day earlier than expected—so we stayed here. I was already in Italy when I booked on line—some glitch in hotels.com didn’t allow me to change number of people-(we were 2; it was stuck on 1). When we got to the hotel and the desk clerk recognized, we were two he had had it on an extra €50.. Come on!

I was awakened 3 times between 1230-130 AM by loud (and apparently intoxicated) people in the courtyard. The staff's response was "Rome is noisy." I had an email from the front office manager asking if they could "do anything" to make it up to me. But two emails back to them have gone unanswered for over 2 weeks.

The good: This hotel is conveniently located, and that is its one redeeming quality. The bad: The photos of the room are very misleading. There is absolutely no space to walk around the bed or to even open your suitcase. Everything is crammed together. The window looks into an internal courtyard which means no sun and you cannot really leave the curtains open as people would be looking at your bed. Breakfast is not great, the OJ is made out of powder. There was no heat available and it was a cold April, with outside temperature betw 5-13 Degrees C. This left us huddling around the hairdryer for warmth, and it is bolted to the wall in the bathroom. Finally, we had an ant colony living in the bathroom. The ants and us shared the heat. Conclusion: Do not recommend. Overpriced and not what you’d expect from a “palace”.

This was an EXPENSIVE hotel; but rooms for three people VERY SMAL, elevators SMALL AND VERY SLOW and on top of that I WAS CHARGED 45 EUROS as ROME TAX that should had been included on the already EXPENSIVE PRICE The Hotel tried to charge Euros 40 per day for parking; I left it on block from there in a parking lot and cost me HALF OF IT. Basically I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL to not even my WORST ENEMIES
