Our stay we great. Just that the floor felt sticky. The bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing

Very comfortable bed. Spacious room with big screen TV. Very clean also.

The 1st night I arrived I was disappointed because after taking my hard earned money they put set of rules, saying that I couldn't have people come around and if I did that they couldn't stay for no more than 10min. The ladies name is Trini. She was gonna very rude until I had to check her. The breakfast was good so was everything else.

The over all stay was sub par at best. There is no chair in the room all there was to sit on was the bed. There was only one light in the room, by the bed. And the bath area had a light. The bed light didn't work , they came a nd fixed it. I could not get the TV remote to work, all they would do is give me another one that didn't work. Had to do the controls on the side of TV. The AC/Heater would not change from 69 degrees, no matter what you did. I will not be back. Price isn't every thing.

Nice room, however; set screw in shower needs adjusting as no hot water.

We stayed in room 230 (I count on reviews to help us determine where to stay and anymore you are left to wonder so am giving as much data as possible- I NEVER leave reviews but after pulling my hair out trying to find a decent hotel from all the conflicting reviews I am going to start!!),from Friday until Tuesday - our room was spotless. The Air Conditioner/Heater was amazing, it looked to be brand new and allowed for Humid/Dry/Cool/Heat and had an Auto setting that worked!! The bedspread which also looked to be new, was amazing and wish I had them at my house, I spilt water on it and was able to wipe it off before it was absorbed!!! This is a necessity with toddlers!!! Suchi, was amazing, I had accidently scheduled a work conference call for 11am on our check out day, and she was gracious and allowed us a late check out to accommodate my east coast clients. The cleaning staff was friendly!! While there we noticed that when they clean the rooms they even move the beds and clean behind everything. My two year old grandson, comes to play/stay(he is the reason we visit TX often), so we make sure it's kid friendly and this place was AMAZING. We saw no bugs, no sketchy people. We will definitely make this a place that we stay when we visit which is about 6 times a year. We generally stay closer to family, but this place is definitely worth the little extra drive. The location of this hotel is amazing, they have every restaurant you could want in the area. STAY HERE!!

Had a great stay here with breakfast included at a very reasonable price. Was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. Construction on I-410 (which is directly in front) temporarily makes getting in and out a little issue. Location is near a lot of eateries and services. Will stay again.
