What a Gem of a Find!
We had such a nice stay. This motel is in a really good location for the mountain. I used the nice modern laundry and the hot tub. I also saw a family thoroughly enjoying the indoor heated pool. The shower in our room had fabulously hot water! Our puppy was welcomed. The staff was the best. That Marketplace is such a wonderful idea too. The bed was very comfortable. We came for a staycation as we live in a rural area so the amenities were really appreciated. We will definitely be back again. This is now our go to place when we come to town!

Good overall but needs some attention to details.
Great price option for comfortable room with kitchenette (sink, micro, fridge, table) and comfortable bed. In center of Pinetop on Hwy 260. In bathroom, the transition strip had two missing nails along with two nail heads sticking up 1/4". I cut my foot on one in middle of the night. Also multiple loose floor tiles on bathroom floor. Hallway noise passing by door was too loud and disruptive in middle of the night. Loud kids and partiers walking down halls could be easily heard.

Great stay in Pinetop!
We stayed at this hotel 7 years ago when it was Super 8. This was a last minute trip, so we tried it out despite the new ownership/name change. We were pleasantly surprised. It has been renovated, and our bedroom was super comfortable with everything we needed (except a hairdryer, but I didn’t ask the front desk who probably had one for use). It was clean, quiet, and better than we remembered. We will be back!

Weekend Stay
Nice stay, the staff was super kind and helpful ( Shoutout to Brandy at the front desk ). We got one of the 3- bed rooms and it was very clean and comfortable. Only problems with the room is that the shower curtain is on a rod that doesn't allow the water to stay in the tub and rolls down to the floor, and there is something odd with the microwave that you have to turn out the lights for it to work. They do have food items for purchase which is convenient but it would be nice if they had breakfast or at least coffee on site as we did have an issue with our in room coffee pot, but that was resolved quickly. Overall enjoyable stay with the family, enjoyed the pool and we did grill outdoors, would stay here again.

I previously stayed at this hotel in 2022 and had a wonderful experience, with excellent service and a spotless room. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed stains on the room's curtains that appeared to be blood, possibly from bugs. This was concerning and impacted my overall impression. Given this experience, I will not be returning in the future.

My stay was just for the night but it was very relaxing and cozy love the bed specially the pillows they are all so comfortable got to love it. What really made my day when I booked a room before noon and I asked to check in early which they said I can with an extra fee of $10 which isn't bad at all it was worth it! So that right there of asking to check in early made my entire morning!
