Nice stay...
A classy, clean, comfortable, convenient place to stay. The bed and bedding very nice. Small supply of towels-one wash cloth. The shower pressure was weak.The breakfast left much to be desired. Other than that-nice stay.

Horrible
Got up to go to hospital for surgery and room had no hot water. Toilet paper holder broke. Heat was unplugged and room very cold. When plugged in room took couple hours to warm up and fan extremely noisy. Booked for 3 and only 2 bath towels. Booked for 2 days and surgeon charged recheck.At 9am tried to rebook that day to next week.refused.

It was an ok stay
Besides my room having toilet problems, most of the lights not working AND trying to leave was made difficult as the door handle came off in my bf hand…YES, everything else was good. Staff was as helpful as possible for our crazy room situations . Would’ve liked some compensation. Just waiting at least on my $50 deposit
