Leaky noises
The AC unit was making a god aweful sound so had to turn it off, which made it hot and the jacuzzzi in our room was leaking from the ceiling and could hear it dripping all night despite putting towels down to make the noise. Was told it was fixed the next day but when we got back to the room it was still leaking.

Mediocre stay
I booked this hotel vs. the others in the same area due to the listed amenities. I was rather disappointed, the pool may be indoors but it is not heated and is too cold to use. There is supposed to be a bar, but they do not have one. The “restaurant “ is very limited and not what I would consider a restaurant. There is to be a Starbucks in the hotel, but it is just a limited selection at the restaurant. The only plus is the room was clean. The beds were mediocre, not the worse but definitely not the best. The pillows are awful, as soon as you lay your head down they go flat. The staff was friendly. There is a lot of businesses for shopping and eating in the area. If I would have been informed properly, I would’ve went with a cheaper option for a two day trip.

Nice but noisy hvac
Lovely interior. Room nicely done. The only complaint was the hvac was extremely noisy, as if the motor was faulty. we had to turn off the heat in order to sleep. Also, while this was not huge problem for us, the tv was getting no signal.

The hotel needs to be bulldozed. Its old, the room have years and years of wear and tear...it was creepy old. I am NOT a complainer at all. I can let a bunch go, but this need a massive redo. Sorry guys but update this crap.

First of all I’d like to say you guys advertised that I got a room with a jacuzzi just to find out when I get in my room I didn’t get one. I went down to the office and told them I got a room with a jacuzzi and there’s not one in my room. They told me nothing was available and that the 3rd party booking does that a lot. I go in to tell her I’ve never had an issue or this problem anywhere I’ve ever book through you guys but this time y’all let me down! I wish you could credit me a weekend stay somewhere cause that’s crazy it ruined my weekend I didn’t have that in my room but I made the best of it.

I didn't realize there would be dogs at this hotel. I suppose that's my fault but I wish that was more clear when booking. Our room didn't smell clean and I had allergic reactions the whole time. The barking wasn't too much, thankfully. We didn't have enough towels and we had no coffee cups. I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included and the breakfast offered was ridiculously expensive, but at least waffle House is right across the street.

I had stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks prior. My experience then was good. Only had one problem, the remote for the TV didn't work. However, this stay was much different. My TV didn't work at all. I called the front desk and they said someone would be there shortly; after 20 minutes I called and the person at the front desk said he would check into why no one showed up and then proceeded to hang up on me. I thought he was going to put me on hold and let me know when maintenance would be there. So, I waited 10 minutes and called to see what he found out. At this point it was 10:15 p.m. and the front desk person asked if I wanted him to come up to my room and take a look to see if he could fix it. I asked if he knew how to fix it and he said "no". I told him it was 10:15 and I didn't want him in my room if he didn't know how to fix it. So, the following day, I talked with a lady at the front desk and she said she would get it taken care of. I returned to my room at 5:00 p.m. and it still wasn't working. So, I asked to be moved to a different room. They agreed. The other problems with my room was no coffee cups, but there was coffee, shampoo and body wash bottles were missing from the bathroom, and someone else's trash in the trash can when we arrived.
