I found this hotel very disappointing and in the middle of nowhere as well as the staff being very money orientated, this is the first time I have ever booked anything via exspedia and was very disappointed.
If you are going to book this hotel , Be prepared for a long walk ! the ' all inclusive ' is nothing short of a joke and waste of time as they pick and choose what they want as all inclusive , for example - you can have a coffee but not a cappuccino and Informed we must pay extra.
Also I travelled with my mother and specifically requested a twin room, and guess what ? We arrived to a double bed, When I asked the staff to change this they answer was they would have to wait on the manager to arrive ...which took three days !
Also during our stay the toilet stopped working, the Air con is a complete ripp off the food is very poor quality and found ourselves eating out rather than eating what was served.
Poor on every level possible.
