It was really nice overall. Room was exactly as it should have been. Was too expensive honestly, but we enjoyed our time there. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly. Parking should be free when you are paying for a room, so I don’t agree with that. There isn’t really anything close, (walking distance) to eat or do. With everything considered, I would still stay there again.
The parking garage didn't feel very safe. For $39, we would've expected a security guard or valet. The air in the room was really dry and
The check in and check out system was confusing and not convenient. The front desk worker was great. Kind of ridiculous that we’re paying so much for a hotel and had to pay an extra $80 on top of that for ON SITE parking… if I knew we had to pay for parking before paying for the room, we would have went somewhere else for the extra money it cost us to simply park the car.
The breakfast was decent. The area wasn’t the safest and we did not feel comfortable walking outside after dark. We wouldn’t stay here again and don’t think it’s worth the money, considering the location and the service.
We loved the two bedroom suite gave us a late checkout so kids could play in the pool one more time. Breakfast was Ok the hot food was not good. Just eggs and burnt turkey sausage. However is was nice.
Spacious, clean suite for 3 adults. Access to shared bathroom is through the bedroom. Our 7th floor room looked out directly onto elevated freeway with just a glimpse of the river underneath the constant stream of traffic. Would suggest requesting a 2nd or 3rd floor room, beneath the level of the freeway. Fairly good soundproofing. Convenient location for reaching various Portland sights. Easy access to riverfront walk.
