Very dissatisfied customer.
We were not able to go due to a Family emergency. When we booked the room, when we tried to boor the $4.50 per person to apply the cancelation policy, it would not let us. When the Family emergency came up int the Tuesday prior to arrival, I called the hotel and explained both the inability to pay the cancelation fee as well as that we had a family emergency. They were very rude and would not even consider to place our One Key money back on the account. I then called Hotels.com and spoke with a representative and they also called the hotel with the same results. It was 4 days prior to arrival and am sure that the room was re-rented and they were able to rent it out thus getting double compensation. Due to theses reasons I will NEVER attempt to book a room at this hotel and am not sure I will be using Hotels.com as it was thru the website that would not allow me to purchase the cancelation policy. We always do as we know things come up. And unfortunately this was one of those times.
