Just FYI - no special treatment for being VIP Expedia member. I was promised free bottle of wine, but was never offered and despite also promising room upgrades upon availability, no upgrade either. I was there during off season and not many were on the property during my stay. Most staff were nice, but some were never happy to help you. We needed two room changes due to room conditions, where one was right by the pool and super loud and one smelled moldy and everything in the room was damp. The final room was still worn down, but we were so tired of room changes so we just stayed. Food was just okay, nothing special but not terrible. I’d say stay if you just want to have an all inclusive experience, but I’d suggest staying at a different all inclusive around the area.
