We absolutely loved this property and the location is perfect! The staff was so kind and accommodating - definitely five star service. The breakfast was perhaps the best I’ve had at a European hotel. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know coming to Porto.

This has been one of our best stays ever. The hotel is fantastically placed in the centre of the town, on the river and close to all the bars and restaurants. The location was great! Right next to the river and restaurants and activities. Breakfast buffet was good, with out door and indoor seating. Service at the restaurant and hotel was mediocre. Our room was very dark, not enough light fixtures and had an unpleasant smell of humidity.

My favorite hotel! We were welcomed by the most wonderful staff. They provided us with a complimentary glass of port and then provided a quick tour of the property after check in. This property is conveniently located with amazing views of the river. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I will only stay here on my trips to Porto.

Quiet room - great location!

My room was spacious and quiet despite being located in one of the busiest parts of town. Love the soundproof double pane windows! Also, there were lots of wonderful little extras from a service standpoint, including turndown service. The only problem was that the AC randomly turned off in the middle of the night, so I had to get up and turn it back on again. Breakfast spread was incredibly good.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing and our balcony view of the river was really special. Room was comfortable and breakfast had a really good variety of options. The hotel is situated in such a beautiful part of the city, but we were able to access other areas really easily too. Would recommend and would definitely love to return!
