Not What I Was Expecting

I will start off with a positive that the staff were all amazing. The photos online are not at all what the hotel looks like today. The outside patio area was not kept up at all. When I walked into my room, it honestly smelled like smoke when this is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. I dropped something of mine on the floor in the bedroom area and thought I had gone under the bed and when I looked, there were items under there that had been there for God knows how long it was not clean at all. I had limited towels in my bathroom. When taking a shower, the tub would not drain the water. I didn’t have a hairdryer in my room and there were no hangers to hang my clothing.Overall, the hotel is very sad. It didn’t have any brightness to it at all. Didn’t realize there was going to be a renovation of the entire hotel until I checked in so while I understand, things need to be updated, you can still keep things clean, and provide the bare minimum amenities.

DO NOT STAY HERE

I had planned to travel with my daughter but she got sick. I did not realize that my travel insurance would not pay for cancelation without a doctor's note. Good grief. I got there and the place did not have parking for all guests. The place was in an extremely bad area with a gas station beside it that had gangs and lots of vagrants. I would be by myself returning from an event around midnight with no guarenteed parking at the hotel and would have to walk alone in a crime area. As a single women with disabilities, I was not going to stay there. This was not discled on their site or your site. I am very upset by this. I had to get another hotel in a place that was secure and bought the insurance for obviously no reason. What is the purpose.

Friendly and responsive staff!

Friendly staff, and relatively clean rooms. There was a constant beeping across the hall in the wee hours but the front desk resolved it immediately when contacted. The bed and pillows were very comfy! The only pet fee option available online was the onetime payment of 75 for at most 4 days, but we only had to stay for one night. I'm not sure but guessing it could have been cheaper to pay at the counter.

The hotel staff was very friendly and very inviting. The hotel was a little run down but very cute lobby and area. Walking distance to lots of shops. Only real issue we had was the shower was messed up but we were still able to use it but it was just really loud.

The shower head was broken, bathroom was filthy. Urin dripping down the toilet seat upon arrival. Bed side lamp and headboard have drips that I can only assume are semen. The neighborhood is not safe and I travel often. Either Wyndham is now trashy or they should not of put their name on this place.

Hotel is ok. Definitely needs remodeling. The bathroom nob came off when trying to shower. The shower nozzel was loose. Coffee machine was broke and not clean. Had breakfast but definitely not working $95 a night.

Over all pretty nice :)

Parking was pretty available, staff was nice and hispitable, the building and architecture was beautiful, and we gotvthe jacuzzi room which was very nice, but the piping and lighting system were older and the jacuzzi would drain a little faster than we'd like with the plug in. Over all a nice stay though

The place seems dirty from the moment yoh walk in. Unfortunately, it was the only hotel with ability. I don't recommend it if you have issues with neatness, towels are dirty, bed sheets too. On the other hand, the staff was super friendly and willing to help with accommodations.
