we booked 2 rooms on 11th to 12th, but God knows how, by typo or by auto correct or by system error, one room was booked from 10 to 11, when we showed up on 11th to checked in we found about this mistake, luckily rooms were available so other family member booked room in his name. They can see that there is no show up and it was genuinely done by mistake, but they said no refund policy, We owned a business too if we see problem like that we entertain our customer as courtesy and try to go beyond our policy, having said that when we arrived in room found bug at bed and it was embarrassing in front of other family members.
