地點安靜，可搭tram14,18,方便探索法蘭克福。飯店早餐不錯，茶或咖啡都很好。

酒店很舒适，有免费咖啡機，免费瓶装水提供。唯一不好的是洗澡房全玻璃沒有簾子，雖然已是老夫妻，但也會有點尷尬哦。

酒店的服务员很不友好，在未通知的情况就对信用卡进行预授权操作，这种操作直接导致我的额度被占用，结账时再次进行扣款。差评！！！

酒店周围环境还行, 但打扫人员老是一大清早就敲门要来清洁, 完全不给人休息时间, 经常忘记提供水.

Great hotel with friendly staff, great location! Excellent breakfast!!! Nice bar... cozy feel. Normally sauna & steam room opens in afternoon but they were very accommodating and turned them on the morning at our request. We were surprised to find the glass shower in the bedroom—which was fine as a couple. Perfect place for New Year’s Eve fireworks!

Hotel is situated in a good place close to town. Christmas market was 10min walk with amazing amounts of mulled wine. Parking at hotel is expensive €19 per day. Bed was just ok. Service was good and staff speak most languages which was impressive. Sauna was switched on when asked and was clean. Continental Breakfast was good except the Monday morning when the bread rolls were so hard they clearly were just from previous days. A disappointing end to a good weekend.

I had paid for a suit for 330 gbp and the wheather was horrible 38 c and the suit had no ac working and they told me the have no rooms available except that one and that they already collected the money and I have nothing to do but when I tried to call the police they panicked and changed to another suit I will never use that hotel again and we have a conference in October and my company was about to book for 10 rooms but I changed my mind
