Clean hotel with nice comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Close to town, shopping and other amenities nearby—grocery store, drug store, gas station, fast-food.

6/10 不錯哦

The room was clean - but corners has Cob Webs and air was very loud kept us up!!! Beds are NOT comfortable. Overall lack of amenities and poor security. Doors do not lock overnight and were propped open!

We stay at this facility every time we come for the play festival in Shepherdstown and it never disappoints. Breakfast was good.

6/10 不錯哦

The location was excellent! Room was clean but the shower lacked a shower curtain, in room fridge was very loud, TV was difficult to use, and food was left in fridge from previous renter. Checkin staff seemed disinterested in hearing about it. But the price was reasonable and near the bike trail. A little more care from the staff and this would be rated higher.

Good location for those attending events on campus. Very good value especially given Quqlity s place within the Choice family.

4/10 一般般

At first, there was no hair dryer but the girl at the desk brought us one. Then found old food in the refrigerator that she had to come and dispose of. The shower head came off the wall which made it difficult to shower. The tv volume did not go above 10 which made it hard to hear. Lastly, they did not have any regular coffee to offer at their continental breakfast, only decaf. When I went over all the issues at the time of checkout, I didn’t get any kind of apology, only a comment about the coffee and how I could have made my own in the room. I would not recommend this hotel.
