Outstanding location, great apartment
We were pleasantly surprised about Casa da Baixa. Our unit was roomy and the location was simply outstanding. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor and two excellent restaurants just across the street. The cathedral is just up the hill. The train station is a 17 minute walk away, while the main plaza at the harbor entrance is 5 minutes away.

Spacious, sunny, clean, quiet apartment located 100 meters from the Praca Commercio. Minimal furnishings. The bathroom shower and sink drains can use a little work.

Great location.
Great location. Quiet inside apartment. Lift. Spacious. Bed a bit squeaky. Shower head ridiculously powerful so wet the whole place through when turned on the first time (need to turn on slowly!) and the grout needs a good clean. It was however a large shower with plenty of hot water. Would be good to have a kettle - only has coffee pod machine. Was offered a mid stay clean but that never happened. Thankfully there were spare towels as I had piled the used ones up for collection. Car hire not recommended. No on-street parking nearby and car park approx €20 overnight Nowhere to leave luggage and we struggled to find anything locally. Would be good to have a reliable recommendation. This is hopefully constructive feedback as with a few tweaks it would be 5 star and I would recommend.

This place is in a wonderful location close to lots of nice areas and shops and fantastic dining. Check in was very easy and flexible via lock box. The living space and kitchen were quite large. Minor downsides: - The responses from the property manager seem to be filtered through a chatbot or something and difficult to get specific requests answered quickly - the property is fairly sparsely furnished and decorated (fine for us as we didn't spend much time in it aside for sleeping) - the bed was not particularly comfortable.

The apartment is conveniently located to walk around a very characteristic area. Many restaurants available in the neighbourhood. All facilities provided, everything working, big living room, good view, close to bus and metro stations. All the family enjoyed it very much.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is clean, the AC worked very well. It was extremely central, very easy to get around Lisbon from the area. So many restaurants and shops.

L’appartement est bien situé mais dans la petite rue, juste à côté de la porte principale, il y a des gens douteux qui traînent. L’appartement est propre mais les lits sont TRÈS inconfortables. Le robinet de la cuisine est très lousse aussi. Besoin d’un plombier! Très éclairé et assez grand pour 4 personnes. On a aussi pu trouver facilement du stationnement dans la rue gratuit pour la nuit. Finalement, ce serait bien qu’il y ait un bureau en bas pour accueillir les locataires. Tout se fait par WhatsApp.

Veldig fint opphold!
Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold i denne leiligheten. Den var romslig, enkel og stilfull. Den hadde det man trenger. Det var enkelt å komme seg inn og ut med tilgangskoden da vi først fikk den. Veldig godt renhold da vi ankom leiligheten! Alt i alt en veldig fin leilighet og opphold som anbefales
