This was the perfect place to stay in Alpharetta! The room was very clean & comfortable! The staff was helpful & friendly! This is my favorite hotel to stay at when we attend concerts at Ameris Bank Stadium. I felt very safe!

The hotel had a musty smell and the rooms weren’t serviced daily. We had to ask for clean towels. There were cracked ceilings in the bathroom and the tub did not drain well. Only 2 towels in the pool area. Front desk staff not very sociable or helpful. Kept getting locked out of room because keys were not working

The morning check in guy was absolutely amazing and that’s what made the stay enjoyable. There was hair in the shower and toilet. There were dirty towels outside my mom’s door all day when we got there. The next day my mom asked for clean towels the next day and never got them. The evening front desk clerk was very rude and gave my mother wet towels. The breakfast the first day was nasty, burnt and hard. The second day (different cook) was better but no pancakes bc the machine apparently was broken but supposedly was brand new.

Far from what I experienced before!

The bed was comfortable, and the room was pretty clean, including the bathroom. I chose this hotel based on my good impression of staying in Holiday Inn Express in 2014 in Sacramento, CA. However, this time, I was disappointed with the service quality. I was given a rook with a king bed, which was very close to the main street. During the night, I experience a lot of noise from the street and from people talking in front of the hotel's main entrance. Apparently, there was a code or regulation prohibiting loud talking in front of the main entrance door after 11 pm. I had one of the worst quality of sleep because of the noise. The lock of the room door was not working correctly, and the reception had no other room with a king bed. Since the lock did not work, I used the deadbolt to ensure no one would get access to my room. Other guests were not considerate when they closed their rooms--they slammed the doors, which caused a lot of noise after 11 pm. This could be due to the doors' poor design or the lack of care on the side of the guests. The quality of breakfast could have been much better. When more than 10 people eat breakfast at one time, there should be at least more than one bottle of milk to serve people. Further, I observed that the hotel was understaffed, as the guy who was taking care of the breakfast was the only one working in that section, hardly accommodating different demands. He needed more help with sorting out matters.

Room was good, only 2 towels given for a room of 5 people & staff acted like it was an issue to have more, received 2 more after going back & forth but still couldn't have a 5th one of us had to dry with pool towels, they didn't have turkey sausage effects though i called & asked before booking, but they got more on my last day of my stay. Ran out of omlettes, pancake printer kept malfunctioning. Pool was ice cold, i know i saw a picture of a hottub when booking but it wasnt there just the cold pool. The staff is nice though. Lobby men's bathroom was in terrible condition, feces all splattered on the walls. And for some reason the hotel called my room phone & cell phone at like 1030pm, seemed strange so i dust answer don't know why they think its acceptable to call someone so late at night.

The front desk lady was very polite and informative at check in. The place was clean and well maintained. Rooms were clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast had a nice variety and the attendant was very nice.
