Absolutely amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The room we stayed in was gorgeous with plenty of amenities to keep us feeling like we’ve been looked after. The hotel itself is so lovely and clearly a lot of love and attention was given to restoring this old convent. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Auckland.

Very cool property with friendly staff and an excellent and atmospheric bar/restaurant. Walking distance to other restaurants as well. Loved hearing how the building was saved from the wrecking ball by the current owners. We stayed in the handicapped accessible room which had a shower that was open to the bathroom, so a big soggy but otherwise comfortable!

Room was quirky and inviting, bed was very comfy and bottomless hot water was wonderful. Would have like opportunity to have breakfast in the restaurant. Great option for this location. A bit out of the downtown core, but I was not going into downtown. Short walk to Eden Park and highway access. Very interesting building given it was a convent in a previous life. Staff were very nice, polite, and helpful. I had a great stay there.
