Hotel restaurant is fairly good, bar is great, especially the waiters and bartenders are in good energangy. Location is in the city center closed to ferry station. If you are in for shopping, this is also a good place to stay with all the luxury brands around. The only problem I have is the drainage system in the shower/bath tub. The water goes down very slowly, everytime I took shower, it will take 15 minutes till the wastewater to go down completely. I notified the front desk to send someone to fix it daily, even one day twice but they don't seems to be able to solve the problem. I stayed there for 4 nights, and just can't get a refreshing shower without wastewater immersing my legs. I don't even dare to take bath.

Great staff from check in to restaurant to carrying our bags direct to the water taxi. Smallish room but adequate. Nice breakfast woth ample choice. Gym facility small but adequate. Nice bar near the entrance to the hotel. Good location close to San Marco and high end shops.

Such a great hotel! The front desk staff are excellent, all friendly and helpful. The hotel and our bedroom were beautiful and the rooftop deck was such a nice bonus to the hotel experience. Watching the sunset from there was beautiful. Everything was in very good condition. The daily breakfast was wonderful! The breakfast buffet was delicious with an unending variety of options. The hotel is in a good location and is easy to find. It’s on a street with a lot of foot traffic during the day but quiet at night. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk to the vaporetto and Saint Marks Square.

Hotel Saturnia is a unique and beautiful hotel to stay in Venice, it located in a very convenient place for us to visit all the interesting points, it also surrounded with name brand stores, unique local shops and nice restaurants, yet very quite even in the day time, short walking distance to San Marco Square and water bus stations, the breakfast was wonderfully served, I love their testing coffee, delicious croissants and fresh hand squeezed orange juice, the staffs were amazing and friendly, one morning I needed fresh coffer to bring to my room before breakfast served time, the lady greeted me at the door, and go out the way helped me to bring coffee along with croissants to my room, so appreciate her service. The manager - Alexander heard I had questions about my room when I checked in, he immediately solved my concern, the room we stayed Quadruple room was spacious and luxury, it was a plus to this unforgettable 4 days 3 nights trip in Venice. Thanks Hotel Saturnia !

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, keine 450m zum Markusplatz, zur Akademiebrücke auch nicht weiter. Das Zimmer hatte eine Deckenhöhe von bestimmt 6m, dass unsere Tochter auf der oberen Etage unseres Zimmer geschlafen hat. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist überschaubar, die Bestuhlung recht eng. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück fragte die Angestellte, ob wir wie gestern einen Cappucino haben möchten... dass sie sich bei so vielen Gästen daran erinnert hat, zeigt die Klasse des Hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service was excellent. All the staff were very polite, attentive, and helpful. The room was decent size for the two of us, and very clean and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance of many sights, and the water taxi back to the airport was a quick 5 minute walk. We highly recommend this hotel!

Very Central location close to Piazza San Marco without being in the thick of it. Quiet at night but located on well lit street. A clean and comfortable room, air conditioned (needed for the night we were there) Superb breakfast offerings. Excellent customer service. Would definitely stay here again.
