Hotel put us up on room 12 . Next to the bar !!! It was all fine until Thursday night where a hell of a party apparently organised by someone else ( yeah right ) gathered from 6 with club level loudness with something like 70/80 people … I would avoid this establishment , I had to leave as receptionist took no responsibility . Clearly a breach of contract for guest service

Just the best!

An absolutely amazing suite with a decadent bathroom steps from the entrance to October fest. An absolutely lovely room with the best shower-head over ever stood under and a bath big enough for two. Super comfortable bed and premium bedding. Great staff. Loved it and will definitely stay again in room 52. Thanks so much!

Staff were fantastic! Great customer service. Excellent breakfast option. Nice room. Construction around the property and a lack of air conditioning in the room meant a need to keep the windows open and trying to sleep through the temperatures and noise.

Booked this because I wanted a bit of luxury but I’ve stayed in hostels in my youth with better facilities! The room looked like it was decorated by a mum who loves a bit of ‘live, laugh, love’ signage. It was supposed to be a ‘new York’ room but it was just old white chipboard wall paper, an NYC sign and a frame photo. Nothing like the quirky photos in the listing. But that was minor compared to the facilities which were nonexistent. No fridge, no tea and coffee facilities and NO AIRCON! It was between 28-30 degrees when we were there and the room was absolutely roasting! We were provided a floor fan but it was so underpowered that it just pushed hot air around. Couple with the fact that your water would be like soup because there is no fridge, it was incredibly oppressive to sleep there. I can’t in good faith recommend this hotel and feel utterly ripped off staying here. Avoid!

i want to say about parking. On the site they advertise parking at 15 euro per day. in fact we end up paying 35 euro because they have only 5 spots at this price and you have to book in advance this rate. However there are 30 plus rooms so the chances to secure a parking at this rate are very low, We choose this hotel to stay only because of the parking. However we end up paying much more

Overall, the experience was very good. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, but we did see a couple of roaches. The beds were comfortable. There was no AC and it was quite hot when we were there. We had to keep the windows open so there was quite a bit of traffic noise.

It was okay for one night stay, but the hotel arranged a party going all through the night and kept the entrance open, so I didn’t feel entirely safe. The room was not well isolated so it was quite easy to hear through the door, which was a bit disturbing.
