去住別家 go to others hotel
去住別家吧！實際與照片相差三十年，只有櫃檯與照片相符而已，房間老～老～老～老舊，多加幾百去訂別家，因為這裡沒那價值，如果你打算跟女友分手就來住吧！ Only perfect in lobby ! They had put office carpet in the room! How long I haven’t saw the alerm teapot !(teapot for hob ) There are no kettle and tea bag in the room,and also no toaster,Anything have to “ask” not literally including. If you are just like bar and restaurant in Madrid here you go. If you care about comfortable and tidy room just go to somewhere. I had slept unwell during my holiday in this hotel of Madrid for four nights , I do never book here again! Even nice location ~there are hundred and thousand hotels in this area. I took some refund from Hotels.com.

Fantastic location, party late and you’ll be fine.
What a difference a room makes. I stayed in a different suite for the 2 nights prior, but when I extended I had to change rooms. The second room was an attic suite. Everything was good, except there was not any sound barriers from the loud Friday night crowds in the restaurant below. The first suite had double windows, and it was very quiet. This one, not at all. I was only able to sleep about 2 hours. The hotel is in a great location, but this attic room needs help.

Great location, spacious room
The great location, along with the very spacious suites at reasonable prices make this a comfortable stay in a beautiful city. The beds were comfortable and I slept well.

Fomos muito bem recebidas, porém, ao chegar no quarto, não tinha varanda e na reserva estava muito bem especificado que tinha varanda. O quarto não era como das fotos, era uma suite escura, muito bonita, mas podia se ventilar pouco, pois se abrisse as cortinas e janelas não tinha privacidade (dava para o patio interno do hotel, de frente a outras janelas) Conversamos com Ana que nos atendeu muito bem e explicou que o hotel estava cheio e nao havia suite com varanda disponível, apenas depois de 3 dias. Aguardamos esses dias e fomos para a suite com varanda, que por sinal, é maravilhosa!!! Sensacional!!!Linda demais, possui duas varandas para a rua que é bem agitada mas o acustico das portas é muito bom e foi super tranquilo dormir lá. Os funcionarios são muito simpáticos, o hotel é silencioso e a limpeza também é muito bem feita. Atente-se também que maquina de café que esta escrito que possui nao é bem uma maquina e sim um bule eletrico, se quiser um café da nespresso tem maquina na recepção (pago). A cama e travesseiros são muito confortaveis e as toalhas de banho são novas, a camareira troca sempre. Também fornecem kits de higiene. O chuveiro é bom, porém se você demorar mais do que 10minutos no banho a agua esfria totalmente e demora uns 20 minutos para voltar a ter agua quente, isso é bem chato. O bairro é tudo perto, você caminha por lá e vê muitas coisas legais e lindas.
