I emailed the hotel three days before our arrival to request basic essentials like enough pillows, towels, and toiletries for five people, but never received a reply. At check-in, I mentioned this to the staff member, who laughed and said the email went to general management, which I didn’t find funny, as management should care the most about providing excellent service. Unfortunately, the room was indeed understocked: just one small bottle of shampoo and conditioner for five guests. The breakfast was good, but the coffee was very disappointing.
