On arrival I was very kindly given an upgrade to a suite, it was an older style but a huge space and very comfortable. The view over the street was great to watch. Fantastic location and lovely hotel - super comfy and spacious, and also very quiet for a good nights sleep. Close to the Chunxi road area where there are many shopping and dining options, and also a metro station, but it’s also easy to walk from here to different places around the city. Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection also good.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The bathroom was welcoming. I appreciated that the staff was visibly eager to take care of their customers as quickly as they could. This hotel was perfect for our trip. Although it’s a little dated, it was spacious and comfortable. The staff helped us with all our questions including ordering taxis and recommending food. The location was great - very central and in the action of the nearby fashion streets, but the hotel and room itself were calm and quiet.
