bad experience
The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience

Good Motel
Geelong is a quite city. Not much night activities, few restaurants. This motel is good in terms of location, services, clean and tidiness of room. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Laundry room closes at 10:00 pm. If you need to use it, early please.

Clean and spacious
Stayed here a few times now as it was accessible to attending an event at GMHBA stadium which is walkable. The room was very spacious and comfortable and has crockery and a microwave for heating food.

Central but rundown
Reception staff were friendly but the condition of the room and the area around the room was poor. The only way to get to the room was to pass broken furniture, rubbish bins and dirty laundry. The kitchen equipment supplied was good for a motel room (toaster, microwave, cutlery etc) and the bathroom was clean and functional. However the threadbare carpets, holes in the curtains, broken desk and missing security lock on the door (for the supplied security chain) were a letdown. Its in a great position, about 800m from a major shopping centre and lots of restaurants but based on my room it does not deserve the rating it currently has. Maybe other rooms have been upgraded or are better but this review is based on the room i was in and the area around it. I wouldnt stay there again.

Surprise
For the price ok our rooms on the main road were quite noisy. The restaurant next door was quite a hit though a surprise old style steakhouse perfect.
